WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce recently took to social media to send a heartbreaking message following wrestling veteran Joe Koff's demise. Koff was a former Chief Operating Officer of Ring of Honor (ROH).
Before becoming an authority figure in WWE, Adam Pearce was an in-ring competitor. He enjoyed an incredible stint in Ring of Honor from 2005 till 2010. During the latter stages of his time in ROH, Pearce also took on the role of the company's head booker.
It is an extremely sad time for the wrestling world as former ROH COO Joe Koff passed away at 73 years of age while battling cancer. Following this heartbreaking news, WWE RAW GM Adam Pearce took to Instagram to pay his tributes to the wrestling veteran.
Pearce revealed a story of how Joe Koff paid him despite him not being able to return to Ring of Honor as a commentator. The 46-year-old also mentioned that he never had any bad experiences while working with Koff before sending his condolences to the veteran's family and friends.

"Godspeed, Joe Koff. When circumstances made it impossible for me to return to ROH as [a] commentator, Joe paid me for every date I’d agreed to. He didn’t have to. I never had a cross word or bad experience with him. My heart goes out to his family and friends. Rest well, sir. 🙏," he wrote.

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes also paid tribute to Joe Koff
After learning about the unfortunate news, the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes took to X (fkaTwitter) to pay his tributes to Joe Koff, writing that the former ROH COO was an incredible man and that he learned a lot from him. The American Nightmare also sent love to Koff's family.
"Joe Koff. Really great man that I learned a lot from and was always happy/lucky to be in his presence. All love to his family," Cody Rhodes wrote.
