Tension has been building between Roxanne Perez and Lola Vice in recent weeks. Two weeks ago, the former attacked Vice after teaming up with her. She tried to do the same thing last week, but Vice knocked her out instead. As a result, Ava announced that the women would face each other for the NXT Women's Championship at Heatwave.
Tonight on WWE NXT, both women came face to face one last time before their match at Heatwave. During this segment, Lola Vice got emotional as she narrated her story of how her mother was pregnant with her while she took her black belt test. She broke down in tears as she recalled her mother getting sick, which forced her to compete in MMA to provide for her family.

It will be interesting to see whether Lola Vice will be able to win the NXT Women's Championship at Heatwave.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
