WWE star Finn Balor has 'near-death' experience; real-life wife "said NOTHING"

WWE Superstar Finn Balor is one of the biggest names in the pro wrestling world. The Judgment Day member recently took to social media to share a hilarious post with his real-life wife, Vero Rodriguez.

Although Balor is the current World Tag Team Champion alongside JD McDonagh, fans have been vocal about the 42-year-old star not getting enough opportunities as a singles star in World Wrestling Entertainment for many months now. Balor has already proven his worth as a top champion on several occasions and always performs at the highest level inside the squared circle. Many people believe that the former Universal Champion might leave The Judgment Day soon to go on a singles run.

Finn Balor recently took to X/Twitter to upload a video of himself swimming while his wife, Vero Rodriguez, was filming him. The Prince made it seem like he was having a 'near-death' experience as the video showcased a flyer with a shark on it and he wrote that his wife did not warn him.

However, it was all a joke as the flyer was for Discovery Channel's Shark Week.

"[Vero Rodriguez] said NOTHING," Finn Balor shared.

Bill Apter believes Finn Balor will cost Damian Priest the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Money in the Bank 2024

During an edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine podcast, legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter said that he believed Damian Priest would lose the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins due to interference from Finn Balor.

Apter noted that Balor and Priest were having problems with each other for a few weeks and that might be the reason why The Archer of Infamy would lose the title.

"Here's what I think is gonna happen... I think Damian Priest is going to lose with the interference of Finn Balor, who is having a lot of problems with him at this point. He's told Finn Balor on Monday Night RAW not to interfere, leave him alone. I think that's gonna cost him the belt. And I think what's gonna happen, is Damian Priest is going to become a fan favorite with Rhea Ripley coming to be with him after she finds out about this whole thing with Dominik and Liv Morgan going on, and there is Finn Balor involved," Bill Apter said.

It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for Finn Balor's future within The Judgment Day.
