A popular WWE star fired back at a fan ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown. The fan claimed that the veteran was next to be released after there were some surprising departures from the company today.

It was reported by Fightful Select today that Indi Hartwell, Tegan Nox, and Baron Corbin have departed the promotion. A wrestling fan sent a message to Michin (Mia Yim) on social media following the surprising departures of the three stars and suggested that the veteran would be next.

Yim responded to the troll and noted that their message was not funny. She also added that other fans shouldn't act like this because these were real people who had lost their livelihoods.

"This isn’t funny. Don’t be like this person. These are real people and their livelihood," she wrote.

Mia Yim has not competed in a televised bout since defeating Chelsea Green in a Dumpster Match on the October 4 edition of SmackDown. Green will be teaming up with Piper Niven to battle for the Women's Tag Team Championship in a Fatal Four-Way Tag Team Match at WWE Crown Jewel tomorrow night.

Vince Russo claims Mia Yim's former rival is more valuable to WWE than major star

Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently suggested that Mia Yim's former rival is more valuable to the company than Bayley.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's BroDown on Backstage Pass, Russo praised Chelsea Green following her Dumpster Match against Mia Yim. The veteran claimed that Green was much more valuable to the company than The Role Model.

"I'm hoping they think she doesn't need the belt because she is so entertaining and she doesn't need a belt. That's what I'm hoping but my god, you know, after this, we see Bayley and Nia Jax stuff in the ring, and to me, Chelsea Green's worth on this roster is 10 times that of Bayley," he said.

Yim has had multiple stints in the company but has never won a championship. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for the 35-year-old in the weeks ahead.
