WWE SuperShow Results: Top superstar sends a message to Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes defeats former champion, Jey Uso in action (Kalamazoo, 06/23)

WWE continued the live circuit summer tour with a house show in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on Sunday, June 23. The show featured six title matches, with top names from RAW and SmackDown in action.

The show started with the World Tag Team Championship match as R-Truth and The Miz defended their titles against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day. The babyfaces were able to secure the win after a double Attitude Adjustment.

Elsewhere on the card, Liv Morgan defeated Zoey Stark after an enthralling match to retain the Women's World Championship. The champion also sent a message to Rhea Ripley after making multiple advances towards Dominik Mysterio over the last few weeks. Liv also came out for the match in Dirty Dom's merchandise.

Next up, SamiI Zayn defeated Bronson Reed to retain the Intercontinental Championship. The former Bloodline member has made several successful title defenses since winning the gold at WrestleMania 40.

Also in action was Damian Priest, who put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Jey Uso. Jey got one of the loudest receptions from fans. However, the star was not able to convert the momentum into a win, as Priest took home the win.

The only non-title match of the night saw Kofi Kingston defeat Ludwig Kaiser in a singles match. This was followed by the WWE Women's Championship match where Bayley got a win over Tiffany Stratton.

The event was headlined by Cody Rhodes, who faced Shinsuke Nakamura in the main event. The two men have stood across the ring from each other on numerous occasions in the last few months, with The American Nightmare coming out on top every time.

The result was no different this time around, as Rhodes successfully retained his title. Cody also shared a heartfelt moment with a fan after the match.
