WWE Superstar forced to relinquish championships after serious injury; title match announced for RAW

Injuries can catch up to even the toughest WWE Superstar. Unfortunately, that's what has happened to a star now. After suffering a serious injury during the Women's Tag Team Championship match a few days ago, Liv Morgan has been forced to relinquish the title now, with Raquel Rodriguez also forced to give up her title.

According to reports, Morgan suffered her injury during the tag team title match last week on SmackDown. While the exact severity of the injury is not known, there has been speculation surrounding it.

A few fans felt that Morgan was injured when she was thrown by Raquel into the opponents. She was seen holding her left arm and shoulder after the move.

Now, there has been confirmation that due to the severity of the injury, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez had to forfeit the WWE Women's Tag Team titles. Rodriguez will still be able to compete for the titles with a mystery partner on the RAW two weeks from now.

The match will be a fatal fourway, with the teams of Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey, Bayley and IYO SKY, and Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green, all competing for the vacant championships.

It remains to be seen who will be Raquel Rodriguez's mystery partner for the match.
