WWE Superstar Grayson Waller reacts to Australia winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, sends a message to fans in India

Grayson Waller reacted to Australia's winning the 2024-25 Border–Gavaskar Trophy. He also addressed WWE fans in India, taking a dig at them in the process.

Waller, a native Australian, is signed to SmackDown and is part of a tag team with Austin Theory, collectively known as A-Town Down Under. At WrestleMania XL, the duo won the SmackDown Tag Team Championships, which were later replaced by the newly introduced WWE Tag Team Championships.

On Twitter/X, Waller shared a photo of the Australian Men’s Cricket Team celebrating their historic 3-1 series win over Team India. He also sent a message to WWE fans in India.

"Hope all the WWE fans in India enjoy this photo!" wrote Grayson Waller.

Australia regained the Border Gavaskar Trophy on Day 3 of the fifth and final Test match. They started the series with a loss in Perth but bounced back by winning the second and fourth Tests.

Team India had the chance to level the series at 2-2 heading into the final Test match. Unfortunately for the Men in Blue, they failed to defend the target of 162, as debutant Beau Webster hit the winning runs in the 27th over.

With the win, Australia confirmed its place in the final of the World Test Championship. They will face South Africa at Lord's Cricket Ground on June 11.

Grayson Waller wants to get back to the top in WWE

Grayson Waller and Austin Theory have fallen the pecking order in the tag team division. However, the 34-year-old is willing to do whatever it takes to get back to the top.

Speaking with The West Sport, Waller said:

"We look at the top of the card and we see the guys who are there, and we know those are our spots. It's a situation of no one's going to hand them to us; we're going to take them. Unfortunately, that's where I and [Austin] Theory clash a little bit. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get to those positions. While Theory wants to work hard and be humble and all those things. He's the good guy of the group."

Waller and Theory are still a tag team. However, there have been issues between them, and WWE has teased a split for months.
