WWE Superstar reacts to backstage confrontation with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh; sends a cryptic message 

On Monday Night RAW, Ivar and Erik defeated The New Day. Following their backstage confrontation with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, Ivar sent a cryptic message on social media.

On the October 28, 2024, edition of Monday Night RAW, The War Raiders defeated The New Day and LWO (Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee) to become the number one contenders for the WWE World Tag Team Championship. This week on the red show, Ivar and Erik defeated Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in a tag team bout.

The former IWGP Tag Team Champions were also involved in a backstage confrontation with Balor and McDonagh. On X/Twitter, Ivar shared a shifty eyes emoji in response to The War Raiders coming face-to-face with The Judgment Day.

Ivar and Erik returned to WWE TV on the October 14 edition of Monday Night RAW. They defeated Alpha Academy upon their comeback.

Sam Roberts predicted The Judgment Day to betray Finn Balor

Sam Roberts believes The Judgment Day will betray Finn Balor. In recent weeks, the reigning WWE World Tag Team Champion has been visibly upset with his stablemates.

On the NotSam Wrestling podcast, Roberts said there was a high chance of Balor being betrayed unless he and Liv Morgan decide to part ways with the group.

"Unless the idea is to somehow like Finn and Liv go and do something and Dom and the rest of them are cast out and that's how this whole thing starts, that's possible. But I more see Finn Balor being turned on."

On the June 24 edition of Monday Night RAW, Balor and JD McDonagh won the WWE World Tag Team Championship. The duo defeated Awesome Truth (R-Truth and The Miz) to secure the gold.

Since winning the title, the reigning champions have defended it on just one occasion. Their only televised championship defense was against The New Day, whom they defeated on the September 26 edition of Monday Night RAW.
