WWE began a romantic storyline between Mandy Rose and Otis in December 2019. The pay-off was a big kiss between the two superstars, and that memorable moment went viral again this week after Rose made surprising comments to her husband on a podcast. A certain star close to the situation has responded with a rather rough reaction.

The Blue Collar Brawler and The Golden Goddess ended up going on a Valentine's Day date, but Dolph Ziggler, aka Nic Nemeth, tricked Otis out of the opportunity to begin his own romance with Rose. This led to Dolph and Otis feuding over Mandy, with Sonya Deville helping to keep the Heavy Machinery grappler away from her friend. Rose helped Otis defeat Ziggler at WrestleMania 36, then kissed him after the match for a major pop. This wasn't their only kiss, but before mid-summer, the storyline was coming to an end.

The so-called God's Greatest Creation discussed the Otis storyline on the Power Alphas podcast with her fiancé, former NXT star Tino Sabbatelli. Rose admitted Otis was a good kisser, which didn't sit well with Tino. Otis later made a humorous response to footage of the conversation, which led to a viral reply from The Show-Off.

The current AAA Mega Champion used the opportunity to take a shot at the man who squashed him at SummerSlam 2019 - Bill Goldberg, who has a reputation of hurting other competitors in the ring.

"This hurts more than Goldblerg," Dolph Ziggler wrote.

Ziggler has often taken comedic jabs at Da Man in the past. Regarding the romantic storyline, the May 22, 2020 edition of WWE SmackDown saw the heels defeat the babyfaces in mixed tag team match that went 11 minutes.

Otis shares photos after WWE RAW break-up

After weeks of tension, it appears Alpha Academy finally split up on this week's WWE RAW. Following Chad Gable's loss to Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn at Clash at the Castle: Scotland, Gable then was defeated by Braun Strowman on Monday night.

After Gable's latest loss, the 38-year-old bullied Akira Tozawa until Maxxine Dupri intervened, and then Otis did the same. The former RAW Tag Team Champion shoved Gable back, and then the trio walked out on Master Gable.

Officials have not confirmed the split of Alpha Academy, but the WWE Universe seems to think the faction will be no more. Otis took to Instagram to share photos from the segment, but he has not provided any comments.

Tozawa has already been booked for his first match since walking out on the faction. The bout has WWE championship implications.
