WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker made a shocking return on RAW's Netflix premiere at the Intuit Dome. However, a wrestling veteran brutally slammed The Deadman's brief appearance.

On the January 6 edition of the red brand, Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan to become the new Women's World Champion. As Mami was celebrating her victory, the lights went out and the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion appeared in his American Badass persona. The Undertaker rode his motorcycle around the ring and then gave a massive push to Ripley, as the two posed together. However, wrestling veteran Jim Cornette was not pleased with the 59-year-old legend's cameo.

On his Jim Cornette Experience podcast, the former WWE manager harshly criticized The Phenom's appearance on RAW's Netflix debut. Jim Cornette argued that fans were expecting to see the iconic Undertaker character and not the current version of Mark Callaway.

"But I think now if they [fans] hear a bong or they hear the idea that The Undertaker is in the building, they want to see the f*cking Undertaker. They don't want to see the goddamn ring-wing-Trump-supporting-Kid-Rock-listening-f*cking-motorcycle-guy," he said. [From 04:04 to 04:18]

Veteran reveals how WWE should have booked The Undertaker's segment on RAW

Among other wrestling personalities, former head writer for the Stamford-based company Vince Russo commented on The Big Evil sharing a massive moment with Rhea Ripley. He discussed this on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW.

Russo suggested that WWE should have had The Undertaker take out the entire Judgment Day with a series of chokeslams, creating a more impactful and memorable moment.

"Bro, you kill those lights and hit that gong. He comes up, chokeslam, chokeslam, chokeslam. Hit the lights again. He's gone. What they did was so forced and so not special and so out of place," Russo said.

Fans will have to wait and see if The Deadman will make appearances on future Monday Night RAW episodes as part of the Netflix deal.
