WWE fans are well known to be incredibly passionate about the company's product and are not shy of voicing their opinions. Whether present in the arena, or through social media, the WWE Universe have made their voices heard. Vince Russo, however, has explained how this is having an adverse impact on the show.
Fans in the arena in the past few weeks have been caught chanting some words that are not safe for network television. This has resulted in the networks hosting the company's major show muting audio or using black screens. Fox a few weeks ago blurred a fan showing the middle finger, while fans chanting the f-word have been muted.
While reviewing RAW on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, Vince Russo pointed out what he thinks are the adverse effects of this. According to him, the audio being muted is spoiling the show for fans watching on TV and also for the kids in the arena.
"If the fans want to throw out the f-word, throw out the f-word bro. We don't care that there are kids, we don't care that the network is gonna censor you. You guys run the show, throw out the f-word," he said. (1:04:12-1:04:27)
He further went on to say that parents will stop bringing kids to WWE shows if this continues.
