Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell spoke about how Triple H is currently managing the creative team. Hunter took charge of creative after Vince McMahon stepped down from his role in the company.
Over the last year, Triple H has been working hard to pump out some intriguing storylines in WWE. The Chief Content Officer has also been credited with the rise of new talent such as Solo Sikoa, LA Knight, Austin Theory, Gunther, and many others.
On the latest episode of Smack Talk, Mantell claimed that WWE had some good matches lined up for SummerSlam. He felt Triple H and the rest of the creative team was doing a great job. The veteran pointed out how this was in stark contrast to Vince McMahon's regime where the storylines were all over the place.
"They have good matches together. Again, they have a door, an opportunity open for them where they can continue to go down the road with it, stop it at any time, make it a tag team at any time. Triple H knows what he is doing, creative team, they know what they're doing which is a 200% change from a year and a half ago. That creative team didn't know what they were doing, Vince didn't know what he was doing. I don't think he gave a cr*p either. But now they do." [From 20:15 onwards 20:50]
