Vince Russo has considerable experience in the pro-wrestling world, notably his tenures in WCW and WWE. He recently spoke about how an excess of talent could also lead to a star's downfall if not handled well.

Over the last few weeks, the debut of Wyatt Sicks has led to the community discussing Bray Wyatt's creativity. While creative mastery is certainly an asset in the pro-wrestling business, Vince Russo feels one has to be careful in presenting one's ideas.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, the veteran explained that a pro wrestler should be aware enough to handle the politics in the industry. Using ECW legend Raven as an example, he stated:

"One of the things about wrestling bro like, if you make higher ups feel stupid? That's like the kiss of death bro, like the absolute... Bro here's the sad part like, I am gonna use Raven as an example. Bro he didn't even realize what he was doing, because he is that smart. So when he is laying out something to Vince creatively or Bruce creatively, and he has got pages and pages and pages, he doesn't even realize bro they are not grasping this, they are not getting it, you are making them feel stupid and they are gonna hold that against you... He was just on another level. And I am sure Bray was on that exact level." [9:12 onwards]

The WWE veteran believes Bray Wyatt did not get to showcase his creativity due to Vince McMahon

According to Vince Russo, a large part of why Bray Wyatt's creativity did not have free rein in WWE is Vince McMahon, who was apparently not as receptive to creativity.

On the same episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, the veteran explained:

"You know, Vince (McMahon) didn't get a lot of things. I guarantee you like, Vince, watching that Firefly Fun House, did not understand that like whatsoever... It's almost like the Raven effect. Raven you know, was almost so creative, that it hurt him. Because bro what happens is when you are that creative, and you start talking to a non-creative person and you are laying all these ideas on him, here's what happens. They get totally lost. And now they feel inferior." [5:58 onwards]

As of now, only time will tell how the new Wyatt Sicks will be handled in WWE in the coming months.
