After sending several cryptic messages on RAW and SmackDown, The Wyatt Sicks finally showed up in emphatic fashion as they laid out several WWE Superstars, including Chad Gable and Braun Strowman. Since then, one of the Wyatt Sicks members has always shown up during Chad Gable's matches and handed Michael Cole a VHS tape containing video footage of Uncle Howdy and Bo Dallas.
Tonight on the red brand, Jey Uso was set to go one-on-one with Chad Gable. Both men put on a back-and-forth contest that was highly competitive. The match was going Gable's way when he locked in the ankle lock on the former Bloodline member. However, at this point, the lights began to dim, which caused Gable to get worried as he knew what was about to happen. This allowed Jey Uso to hit the spear and pick up the win.
