"Your Tribal Chief returns" - Roman Reigns sends a message ahead of his appearance at WWE show

Roman Reigns took to Twitter/X to send a message ahead of his appearance at a WWE live event.

On this week's episode of WWE SmackDown, The Tribal Chief returned to WWE programming for the first time in two months. On the show, he crossed paths with LA Knight, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso.

Taking to Twitter/X, Reigns hyped up his return to Kansas City, as he is set to appear at the WWE Supershow set to take place in the city.

"Your #TribalChief returns to #WWEKansasCity tonight. AcknowledgeMe," wrote Reigns.

The last time Reigns appeared on WWE TV was the week after SummerSlam on SmackDown. He successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Jey Uso at Biggest Party of the Summer.

The closing moments of the match saw Jimmy Uso betray his brother and help Reigns retain his title. The Tribal Chief also confronted Jimmy on this week's SmackDown.

Dutch Mantell praised LA Knight amid his feud with Roman Reigns

On SmackDown, LA Knight finally crossed paths with Roman Reigns. Knight confronted Reigns and The Bloodline during the opening segment of the show, which also featured John Cena.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell praised The Megastar for his opening segment and said he is the blue brand's top babyface. He said:

"It's a good way to get LA Knight over. Now he's in there. Now he's accepted. He's a top guy and they're gonna keep him there because they need him there. A lot of people may have said, Well, I don't know what he's gonna do.' But you know, when he came out there, he fit in. He did very, very well."

In the main event of SmackDown, Knight defeated Solo Sikoa, but the show ended with Reigns standing tall over The Megastar.

Knight could possibly challenge Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the upcoming Crown Jewel premium live event.
