Zilla Fatu has made a shocking return just days after a popular promotion publicly cut ties with him due to undisclosed disagreements. Fatu made an unannounced appearance for Reality of Wrestling, a promotion run by WWE legend Booker T.
A few days back, Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) released a statement, saying they were ending their association with Zilla Fatu and that he won't work for the promotion in the foreseeable future. While details surrounding the situation remain unclear, the news came as a shock to fans as Fatu's work in GCW was widely lauded.
However, amid this, the 25-year-old star made a spectacular appearance at Reality of Wrestling's recent taping. Zilla Fatu is no stranger to the company as he found his footing in the business by working for the Booker T-owned promotion. He is also the reigning ROW Champion, having defeated Edge Stone last month.

Though their relations stand strained for now, it remains to be seen if we see Fatu return to GCW down the line.
Afa Anoa'i Jr. does not want Zilla Fatu in WWE so soon
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling recently, Afa Anoa'i Jr. stated that it did not make sense for Zilla Fatu to join WWE so early into this career. The veteran performer believes the 25-year-old star has limitless potential but needs to hone his craft before he joins the big leagues as he is still fairly new to wrestling.
"They need to let him develop. I don't know why everybody's so quick to rush him there. The kid's brand new in the business. He has a lot of developing to do. He has a lot of maturing to do, but the sky's the limit for him. It's only a matter of time before he turns up somewhere. … He's still learning, so it'll be a process, but eventually, I'm sure he'll turn up somewhere on the national level," Afa Anoa'i Jr. said.
While rumors surrounding his potential WWE move keep on floating on the internet, only time will tell when Fatu finally lands in the Stamford-based promotion.
If he makes his debut in the Stamford-based promotion, Zilla can potentially align with The Bloodline, which consists of Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu.
