WWE might have roped in the next Drew McIntyre through their newest Independent (ID) Program. He is Bryce Donovan, a star from Create-A-Pro Wrestling Academy (CAP), and the most-talked-about and newest WWE ID prospect.
The Stamford-based promotion recently introduced this new program towards the end of October. This project supports identifying unique indie wrestlers from independent wrestling promotions and provides them a chance to become better in-ring performers.
Bryce Donovan is one such wrestler who has been signed with an official WWE ID prospect designation. Fans on X (formerly Twitter) have compared him to former World Heavyweight Champion, Drew McIntyre. With nearly the same height, hair, and body structure, Donovan could be the next McIntyre, if Triple H shows interest in signing him.
Donovan has been trained by a former Stamford-based superstar, Curt Hawkins, who now goes by his real name, Brian Myers. Myers has called Donovan the next John Cena of CAP.

And not just Donovan. The company has already narrowed its prospects to a few names, which the top management of the company will be monitoring in the near future.

- Bryce Donovan

However, there is one more name who is rumored to have been chosen, but his name hasn't been announced officially. He is a real-life Bloodline member.
Zilla Fatu might have signed the WWE ID program
Son of late wrestling legend, Umaga, Zilla Fatu might be a WWE ID prospect, who many also believe might make his debut at the upcoming Survivor Series: WarGames Premium Live Event.
He made his debut last year at Reality of Wrestling, a promotion owned by Hall of Famer, Booker T. The rumors of Zilla Fatu being the other potential prospect of the ID Program started when he retweeted an X (formerly Twitter) post of WWE. The Stamford-based promotion had shared an update on its X account, with an intriguing caption.
“Someone’s been ID’d… be there this Sunday to find out whom," stated the caption.
Zilla Fatu retweeted WWE's post but deleted it hours later. However, the fans had caught Zilla's reaction by then, and many speculated that the 25-year-old could be on his way to the Stamford-based promotion.
Moreover, Zilla Fatu is rumored to make his debut at Survivor Series: WarGames, as the fifth potential member of the OG Bloodline. He is also Roman Reigns's first cousin once removed.
Zilla has backed Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief and has expressed his desire to be part of The Bloodline storyline. It remains to be seen if he will make his debut at the Stamford-based promotion's mega event on November 30, 2024.
