WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has had his hands full in recent episodes of the show as things have been going wrong often. Now, he may be forced to punish a star for taking things too far. The star discussed here is Kevin Owens.

Over the last few months, Adam Pearce has been the authority figure facing issues on a regular basis, with the star finding himself facing issues. Bron Breakker has often taken things in his own hands to attack stars, and Bronson Reed has done the same, breaking directives and rules to attack and injure other stars. Now, Nick Aldis has found himself in the same boat with Kevin Owens.

At Bad Blood, Kevin Owens attacked Cody Rhodes after the show. He beat him down and things went really bad. On SmackDown, he turned up when he was supposedly suspended and said that he was not the one who had turned heel on Rhodes, and in fact, it had been the opposite. It ended with Randy Orton trying to defuse the situation, but things got out of control, and The Viper punched him instead.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

In an unaired moment backstage, Owens attacked Orton out of nowhere and beat him down. He was badly hurt and Nick Aldis had to call for the doctors. With two top stars hurt in a week, Nick Aldis now has found himself in the same boat as Adam Pearce, and much like Pearce, he will have to take action soon.

He will have to punish Kevin Owens now, given the star has attacked two stars outside the ring when they were not scheduled to wrestle. While he could be suspended, fining the star might be something he opts for instead, as Aldis has clearly been interested in calming down the situation.

Whether that will be successful or not remains to be seen, but this week's show will shed more light on it. A monetary fine will give the star an incentive to not attack others any longer.

Owens is an eight-time champion himself, having won the Universal Title, the US Title, Intercontinental Title, and the tag team titles in his storied WWE career so far.

No matter what Nick Aldis does, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton may no longer be teammates

While there's still a possibility that they set aside their issues, it's safe to say that Randy Orton and Kevin Owens are no longer tag team partners going forward.

The star attacking Orton was a sure way of saying that their partnership has come to an end for the time being.

Fans will have to wait till SmackDown to see where this feud goes next.
