It's been slightly over a week since Nikki Cross returned on RAW as a member of The Wyatt Sicks. While the faction had a tremendous debut on Monday Night RAW last week, it remains to be seen what the future holds for them. As for Nikki Cross, she might already have a target in mind.

In the coming episodes of Friday Night SmackDown, Nikki could look to target a 38-year-old superstar and announce herself on the scene. The 38-year-old superstar who could be attacked by Nikki is former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion, Candice LeRae.

Nikki could attack Candice because before disappearing from WWE and later coming back associated with The Wyatt Sicks, Cross was stalking Candice. However, a full-blown rivalry between the two women could never come to fruition.

Hence, in the coming weeks on SmackDown, Nikki could look to settle her unfinished business. Also, by going against someone like Candice, WWE will be giving Nikki the perfect match-up before they throw her into deeper waters. In the coming weeks, it will be interesting to see if the rivalry takes place.

WWE legend Bully Ray recently defended Nikki Cross

After making a name for herself on NXT, Nikki moved to the main roster in 2018 when she made her debut on SmackDown. On the main roster, Nikki found success on many occasions. However, many still felt that Nikki wasn't able to live up to her potential.

During a recent episode of Busted Open Radio, the show's host went on to call Nikki's run a failure. However, Bully Ray was quick to intervene and defend The Wyatt Sicks member. Bully mentioned he was not on board with the host using the word failure to describe Nikki's main roster run. The WWE Legend said:

"I'm not on board with your use of the word failure when talking about Nikki Cross. Not even close, but a failure? I'm sorry, I cannot. Just because she pulled off the superhero character so well, that alone gets her out of failure territory. I think Nikki Cross has had a fair to midland run on the main roster." Regardless of what people think about Nikki's main roster run till now, her time with The Wyatt Sicks is expected to be promising. In the coming months, it will be interesting to see how she does.
