No, Shinsuke Nakamura was not speeding. He received a ticket from NXT Takeover: Dallas where Nakamura made his debut, from Bobby Roode during a sit-down interview. This is shortly after Nakamura expressed his admiration for the amazing athlete that ‘Glorious’ Bobby Roode is.
We have no idea what this gesture signifies, but we're sure it will play out in the contract signing that William Regal announced for next week's episode.
