This week on NXT, Aleister Black went looking for his attacker after Nikki Cross gave him a name last week, but it appears that his attacker found him. Gargano delivered a stunning superkick from behind as Black shouted at Regal "Where is he?" over and over.

Gargano then responded "I'm right here" before NXT cut and the WWE Universe was then left to wonder whether or not it was Johnny Gargano who attacked Black all those weeks ago. Gargano didn't specifically state that it was him that attacked Black, but he did state that he was the one that Black was looking for.
