War Raiders are not the highest ranked team on this list, should they be?

20. Tyler Bate - Bate is another very young star with bundles of potential. He does things in the ring that you don't see from anyone else and is sure to win over the fans. However, he doesn't have a clearly defined character yet and needs to become more natural on the mic before he will be ready for the main roster.

19. Kassius Ohno - Ohno's chances of being called up seem pretty slim at the moment but that's not to say he's not one of the best performers on the brand. Ohno is an experienced, brilliant wrestler but doesn't seem to quite have that star quality that he would need to earn a promotion at this stage in his career.

18. Candice LeRae - Very talented in the ring but has been given many opportunities to perform in the ring. LeRae needs a more clearly defined character outside of her relationship with Johnny Gargano but at the moment it is this very relationship that could see her called up to the main roster quicker than would otherwise be the case.

17. Lacey Evans - Comes across as a star in NXT and has a look that stands out among the women's division. She's continually improving in the ring and given a little more time to develop she could ultimately become a useful member of the main roster.

16. War Raiders - The team have a great look and are great in-ring performers. It's much too soon to know whether they are capable of crossing over successfully to the main roster and they will need to be given some meaningful programs in NXT before this becomes clear.
