This match isn't as much about Adam Cole or the Undisputed Era as it is about the man who has been looking to get his NXT Championship back.

Tommaso Ciampa had to relinquish the title due to an injury and has been on the prowl for it ever since his return. The TakeOver: WarGames event and Finn Balor's controversial victory over Ciampa put his plans on hold, but it was only a matter of time before Tommy Entertainer got his rightful opportunity.

There is very little that can stop Ciampa for reclaiming what he never lost against a man who has never faced him one on one before.

With the title on the line, and with Daddy's willingness to never leave NXT, it seems likely that this will be Ciampa's chance to shine and once again win the title.

Cole seems to be ready to move to the main roster as he has achieved everything possible with NXT and has held the NXT title for a long time.
