Santos Escobar has played a great heel character on WWE NXT. This has allowed him to remain the NXT Cruiserweight Champion for almost his entire WWE career. Jordan Devlin, on the other hand, worked his way up in NXT UK to win the title.

Devlin has been an outstanding performer over the past year, and, unfortunately, his title reign has been overshadowed by the pandemic. The difference between the two men on Thursday night could be Legado del Fantasma.

Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde have been working as Escobar’s henchmen since his NXT Cruiserweight Championship victory. The two men have helped Escobar during several of his big matches.

Mendoza and Wilde could once again help out Escobar during his Ladder Match against the Irish Ace. The two men could hold down Devlin and attack him at a crucial point in the match, helping Escobar climb the ladder to pull down the title.

Escobar has had a great reign as the Cruiserweight Champion. With Legado del Fantasma’s help, he could continue to lead the biggest faction on the Black & Gold brand with a title in his hand.
