The Street Profits kicked off NXT TakeOver: Toronto last night as they defended their Tag Team Championships against Undisputed Era members Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly. The Era thought that last night was their night as all members had the opportunity to walk out draped in gold, but things didn't exactly go to plan.

Montez Ford was the man who was able to pick up the win for his team with a fantastic frog splash, but it was on the illegal man. This was later confirmed to be a storyline backstage when Fish and O'Reilly went in search of General Manager William Regal to inform him that the victory shouldn't count.

One thing that was consistent throughout the match was the fact that Montez Ford had his knee and leg worked by Kyle O'Reilly, he had to make it to the ropes at one point before Angelo Dawkins saved him a second time. O'Reilly even pulled out The Achilles Heel at one point, which is why it's so confusing that Montez Ford was able to dance his way backstage without selling the fact that his entire leg had been worked all match.
