#3 The Velveteen Dream retains the NXT North American Title

What better way for Dream to cement his reign than to beat the longest-reigning champion in modern history and a member of the biggest group in NXT?
The ensuing promos ensure a potential win in Toronto would be worth the price of admission alone. The bragging would be great as would the aura around the promo.
Velveteen Dream has been a member of the Yellow and Black brand for a while, especially when it was thought that he could have been among the stars in contention to be called up earlier this year. But since he's so young, perhaps staying in NXT is the best thing for him to perfect his character and craft even more.
He has already challenged for and lost in bids for the NXT Championship on a few occasions, so this might be his title to run with for the better part of 2019.
One thing working against him, however, is that none of the champions have had lengthy reigns. Dream is currently the longest-reigning holder of the belt, so if he retains, he'll buck that trend.
