Unless Tomasso Ciampa is truly 100% healed, then the leader of the group is retaining. And since the Street Profits have appeared on RAW, it makes the most logical sense for O'Reilly and Fish to win the titles in Toronto.

To cap off the claim, Strong needs to win the title in his match against Dream and Dunne. While anything is possible, what is more likely, is that any or all of the remaining members of the group interfere at various points in order to ensure that Strong wins.

They've interjected themselves numerous times before at TakeOver events, so the best bet for him winning is with help from Fish, O'Reilly, and Cole.
