#4 Braun Strowman (from WWE RAW)
Last month, WWE ‘suspended’ Braun Strowman for laying his hands on Adam Pearce. The latter was about to name the next contender for Drew McIntyre’s WWE Championship, and Strowman felt that he should be the obvious choice. When that didn’t happen, he ended up attacking Pearce in the ring, which led to his suspension.
Since Strowman is currently suspended, his appearance at the NXT pay-per-view will account for a huge surprise. He can turn things around in the WarGames match or simply attack a few Superstars backstage to prove a point. It will be interesting if WWE actually pulls off this angle involving Strowman and get the fans curious about his next move in the promotion.
#3 Aleister Black (from WWE SmackDown)
It has been a while since we have seen Aleister Black on WWE television. After Zelina Vega was released from WWE, there were several speculations surrounding Black’s future in the company. It was also reported that he asked for him to be sent back to NXT and there have been no reports on the backstage reaction to his request.
It is clear that WWE don’t have big plans for Black on the main roster. Thus, it would be better for him to return on the Black and Gold brand. There wouldn’t be a better opportunity than NXT TakeOver: WarGames to bring him back to the place that did justice to his talent. There are endless possibilities for Black, especially if he is being booked by Triple H.
