As the NXT UK Women's Championship match continued into the final stretch, Kay Lee Ray and Meiko Satomura were both laid out in the center of the ring. Meiko Satmoura managed to recover enough to hit Kay Lee Ray with a superkick, and the two women continued to hit one another with hard-looking strikes.

Ray then hit Satomura with a tornado DDT, followed up with a superkick, followed by another two in quick succession. This was still not enough to put The Final Boss away, as she lifted Kay Lee Ray up into a death valley bomb.

Kay Lee Ray continued the offense with a senton and a pin attempt, but once again Meiko Satomura kicked out. Ray then appeared to have had enough - she tried to leave with her NXT UK Women's title, but was stopped in her tracks when Meiko Satomura hit her with another death valley bomb on the outside of the ring. Ray responded with a gory bomb onto the ring apron.

Both women then scaled the ropes, and Meiko Satomura managed to take charge and powerbomb Kay Lee Ray from the second turnbuckle. She attempted a pin, but Ray kicked out at two. Meiko Satmoura then grabbed Kay Lee Ray in a sleeper hold in the center of the NXT UK ring, until the Scottish superstar dragged herself to the bottom rope.

Meiko Satomura then hit Ray with Scorpio rising, sending the NXT Women's Champion down to the mat. Satomura then pinned Kay Lee Ray to become the new NXT UK Women's Champion, dethroning Ray after a 649 day reign.

Winner: Meiko Satomura
