Joseph Conners was, surprisingly, taken out early by Tristan Archer in this NXT UK bout. Archer hammered Conners with a series of clotheslines, stunning him early.
Conners managed to catch him with a quick backbreaker and rolling neckbreaker. A running boot to the jaw took Archer down for a one-count. NXT UK's Special Edition seemed to finally have a leg up on Archer.

That was until they got back to their feet. Archer had the striking advantage, hammering Conners with a series of punches to the gut. A kick to the back of the neck rocked Conners, and Archer followed with a slingshot single knee facebuster.
Conners barely kicked out, and narrowly avoided being pinned by a small package. A falcon arrow planted Conners for the two as well, giving Archer some incredible momentum. Unfortunately, one DDT from Conners was enough to derail him.
Conners finished things off with the Hierarchy, a straight jacket neckbreaker.
Results: Joseph Conners defeated Tristan Archer via pinfall on NXT UK.

Irish Ace of the NXT UK Jordan Devlin was asked about the Ironman Match between himself and A-Kid. Devlin called A-Kid an idiot for wanting that match with him, especially with a torn ACL. Devlin knew that leg was no good, and when that match finally happens, he'll end Kid's career for good.
Dave Mastiff was met by Jack Starz backstage, with Starz thanking him for all the help in recent months. Mastiff said that it was no trouble at all, but there was "more to come from this."
