Is it an inconsequential qualifier win or is there more?

Lana qualifying for MITB ladder match came as a surprise for many fans. Besides it being her first single’s win, the last time she wrestled was at Wrestlemania’s Women’s Battle Royale.

The Ravishing One is least likely to grab the briefcase. However, if she wins, a failed cash-in will definitely be on the cards. The cash-in would surely happen when there’s a face champion unlike Carmella right now.

Lana seems to be involved in Rusev and Aiden English Storyline right now. So, either she wins or loses at MITB ladder match, she could be responsible for ousting Aiden from their group and with him the ‘Rusev Day’ gimmick in the near future.
