Paul Heyman to bring back former client; heartbreaking betrayal of Roman Reigns? - 5 predictions for The Wiseman this year

Be it last year or this one, Paul Heyman continues to be one of the most influential figures in WWE. While Heyman built quite a reputation for himself since his ECW days, one can't deny his popularity has skyrocketed ever since he joined Roman Reigns and got involved with The Bloodline storyline.

Even as of this writing, Heyman is a central figure in The Bloodline storyline, which begs the question - How will 2025 look for The Wiseman? If one thinks there are many possibilities.

#5. Paul Heyman could betray CM Punk for Roman Reigns

The bond between Heyman and Punk can't be questioned. After all, the latter switched brands and got involved in a fight he had no business being in, only for Heyman. While The Wiseman will be expected to return this favor to Punk, there is a chance he could end up betraying The Second City Saint.

In 2025, there could be a scenario where Heyman is forced to choose between Punk or Reigns, and The Wiseman could then choose to betray Punk by staying with Reigns. Since a rivalry between Punk and Reigns is being rumored, it won't be surprising to see something along these lines.

Based on the current storyline, Paul Heyman is receiving a lot of love from the WWE Universe and is one of the top faces on the roster. However, one must not forget that at the end of the day, if anything, Heyman was known to be one of the best heel characters in WWE.

Hence, in 2025, it won't be surprising to see Heyman turn heel by betraying Roman Reigns. If the former ECW boss ends up doing something along these lines, he would become one of the most hated figures in WWE, while Reigns would become an even bigger babyface.

If Paul Heyman ends up turning heel, it won't be surprising to see him manage Solo Sikoa. Anyway, a situation like that has already arisen. On last week's episode of SmackDown, Sikoa told Heyman that if Roman Reigns loses to him in their Tribal Combat Match on RAW, then The Wiseman must acknowledge Solo as his Tribal Chief.
