Rikishi is one of the names from the Anoa'i family who follows The Bloodline storyline closely but has yet to get involved in it on WWE TV. However, that may change by next year as the story progresses.
The Bloodline storyline began in 2020 with Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, and The Usos. Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa were added not long after, with The Tongans and Jacob Fatu being added this year. Also, The Rock finally got involved recently as well, and many believe more people from the Anoa'i family could get involved in the following year.
One person who many hope will be seen with the group on television is Rikishi, the father of The Usos and Solo.
In this list, we will look at four things Rikishi can do in The Bloodline saga if he returns to WWE in 2025:
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
#4. Solo Sikoa could get extra backup
Solo Sikoa is set to welcome 2025 with a major challenge, as he will battle Roman Reigns in Tribal Combat on January 6 to determine the undisputed Tribal Chief. Solo recently urged the OTC to engage in a one-on-one contest, with both leaving their Bloodline members behind.
With Jacob, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa unlikely to be present, Sikoa can ask his father for help for the upcoming match on WWE RAW's season premiere on Netflix. The Street Champ can even reason that once he's crowned as the undisputed Tribal Chief, he will take The Usos under his wing.
#3. Solo Sikoa vs. Roman Reigns could have a special guest referee
Solo vs. Roman is not just any ordinary match. The upcoming encounter has a major stake riding on it, one that is much greater than any championship in the Stamford-based promotion. With this in mind, WWE can make the clash more interesting and personal.
For the upcoming Tribal Combat, Rikishi can take on the role of the special guest referee. In this way, fans will be intrigued to see if the Samoan legend calls the match fair and square in the center of the ring.
#2. Rikishi could be the New Bloodline's Special Counsel
The OG Bloodline's success is heavily credited to Paul Heyman. Most recently, The Wiseman was responsible for bringing in CM Punk for the Men's WarGames Match against Solo and Co. The Second City Saint's inclusion played a major role in the success of the OG Bloodline. With this in mind, Solo might consider adding a Special Counsel for himself.
It's hard to find somebody else to guide the New Bloodline due to the enemies the faction has made, and Solo may be picky about the right choice. Due to this, he can turn to his father because of their relationship and Rikishi's experience. This could pose a new challenge to Heyman, who'd be tasked with countering the 59-year-old's tactics.
#1. Rikishi may attempt to reunite both Bloodlines
Although Rikishi supports both Bloodlines since the rival factions boast of his sons, it's still quite challenging for him to pick a side. Due to this, he might try to do the impossible and make the opposing groups reunite.
After Roman and Solo's Tribal Combat, the WWE Hall of Famer may emerge and talk to them about settling their differences. After some talking, Reigns and Sikoa may agree and have both teams somewhat coexist, which will only make the Bloodline stronger.
