The latest episode of WWE SmackDown saw Paul Heyman make his much-awaited comeback. However, The Wiseman did not come alone as he revealed the fifth member of the OG Bloodline's WarGames team: CM Punk. The Best in the World wasted no time and ran towards the ring to launch an attack on Solo Sikoa's Bloodline.
However, fans have been pointing out multiple teases that hint at several theories regarding Paul Heyman's comeback, one of which suggests that Jimmy Uso might have secretly requested The Wiseman to return and bring CM Punk along with him as the last member of Roman Reigns' WarGames team.
An X/Twitter account has posted a clip in which they pointed to a gesture made by Heyman where he winked at Jimmy. The 39-year-old star nodded at The Wiseman in response, which seemed like the former might have known that the latter would appear on the show. It is a really good possibility that Jimmy requested Paul to bring Punk along with him after Seth Rollins had refused to be the fifth member of Team Roman at the Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 Premium Live Event.
Did CM Punk leave WWE RAW after he returned with Paul Heyman on SmackDown?
During the latest episode of SmackDown, CM Punk made his return and was revealed as the fifth member of the OG Bloodline's WarGames team by Paul Heyman. The Second City Saint last competed in the ring at the Bad Blood 2024 Premium Live Event, where he defeated Drew McIntyre in a Hell in a Cell Match.
After Punk's comeback on SmackDown, fans have been wondering if he has left WWE RAW. During his last appearance on the red brand before going on a hiatus, the 46-year-old star mentioned that he was unsure what the future had in store for him. However, despite his entry in The Bloodline storyline, it seems like Punk will only appear on the blue brand until Survivor Series: WarGames 2024.
The Best in the World can then return to RAW to have a potentially heated feud with Seth Rollins, which, in turn, would lead to both men having a highly anticipated match at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
