Roman Reigns needs backup to counter Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. Jimmy Uso joined forces with the Original Tribal Chief after he made his much-awaited return to television at Bad Blood 2024. In the latest episode of RAW, Jacob Fatu and The Bloodline cost Jey Uso the Intercontinental Title, almost confirming The YEET Master will join the OG Bloodline in the coming days.
Jey Uso’s reunion with Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso could lead to a WarGames Match between the OG Bloodline and Solo's version of the faction at Survivor Series 2024. However, to counter the numbers advantage, the OG Bloodline would need another member.
Roman's Wiseman Paul Heyman could finally return to TV for the first time since June 28, 2024, and convince seven-time champion Sami Zayn to rejoin the stable. The Underdog from The Underground is a four-time IC Champion, a two-time tag team champion, and a one-time NXT Champion.
Last week on SmackDown, The OTC said that The Wiseman would have fixed the current situation. After losing his title due to The Bloodline's interference, Jey Uso is most likely already on board. The only situation that needs to be fixed by Paul Heyman is getting them a fourth member, and there is no better candidate than the erstwhile Honorary Uce. The legendary manager could return to convince Zayn to be the final member of the stable, and Jey could also help him to get the Canadian on board.
Sami Zayn was the only outsider in Roman's Bloodline, and his addition to the faction gave it a whole new dimension. Things started to fall apart when Zayn grew tired of the manipulation, and he turned his back on Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble 2023. However, the RAW Superstar could finally bury the hatchet and reunite with the OG Bloodline.
That said, the angle is speculative at this point.
Paul Heyman explains why the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline attacked him and kicked him out of faction
Paul Heyman was last seen on WWE television on the June 28, 2024, edition of SmackDown. After he refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his new Tribal Chief, the veteran was brutally assaulted by The Bloodline.
While talking about The Bloodline saga in an interaction with Sam Roberts at Fanatics Fest NYC, Paul Heyman explained why Solo Sikoa attacked him and how that ultimately led to the rise of the new Bloodline.
"They had to do that. That's the exclamation point of what they're doing. At some point, for Solo [Sikoa] to become The Tribal Chief, for Tama Tonga to become The Right Hand Man, for Jacob Fatu to become The Enforcer, you have to take out The Wiseman. I'm the last link to the original Bloodline," Paul Heyman said. [From 1:08 onwards]
With each passing day, The Bloodline saga is taking an exciting turn. It remains to be seen what the Triple H-led creative team has in store for fans in the coming days.
