Paul Heyman last appeared in WWE in late June, when Solo Sikoa and the new Bloodline viciously assaulted him and kicked him out of the faction. Since then, there has been no update on when he will come back and what he will do once he returns.
The Wiseman has made it clear that if he were to rejoin The Bloodline saga, it would mean that he would contribute something significant to the storyline. As we are reaching the peak of The Bloodline Civil War, Paul Heyman could align with a good friend and come back to WWE.
This friend is Brock Lesnar, who last competed in WWE at SummerSlam back in August 2023, when he faced the Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes. Since then, he hasn't been seen on WWE television, but his return has been hinted at recently.
Thus, Heyman could reunite with The Beast Incarnate and bring him back to align with Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso against the new Bloodline. This move would shake things up since Brock and Roman have been rivals during their respective careers, but it would make sense since both Reigns and Lesnar are now babyfaces.

So, The Wiseman could convince the Original Tribal Chief that Brock Lesnar would be the perfect choice for him, and Lesnar would join The Bloodline saga to work the Survivor Series: WarGames Premium Live Event, where Roman's team has been expected to take on The Bloodline 2.0.
Paul Heyman explains why Solo Sikoa, Bloodline 2.0 assaulted him and kicked him out of the faction
Paul Heyman was the last member of the original Bloodline who attempted to turn things around before Solo Sikoa and the faction's new version took over. The Wiseman recently opened up about why Solo assaulted him and how it helped elevate The Bloodline 2.0.
"They had to do that. That's the exclamation point of what they're doing. At some point, for Solo [Sikoa] to become The Tribal Chief, for Tama Tonga to become The Right Hand Man, for Jacob Fatu to become The Enforcer, you have to take out The Wiseman. I'm the last link to the original Bloodline," Paul Heyman told Sam Roberts at the Fanatics Fest (From 1:08 onwards).
Heading to Survivor Series, and with The Rock and Jimmy Uso returning at Bad Blood, Paul Heyman should be the next in line to return and add more fuel to the civil war. But, this time, Brock Lesnar could return with him as well.
