Even though his appearance next to The OG Bloodline was a one-off, it seems that it cost Paul Heyman a favor. What this favor is remains unclear, but it doesn't involve Brock Lesnar.

CM Punk has revealed that Paul Heyman owes him a favor, but neither the Best in the World nor The Wiseman has opened up about what that favor is. As it doesn't involve Brock Lesnar, it could be a title match at WrestleMania 41.
