On the June 28th, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown, Solo Sikoa had Paul Heyman attacked with The Bloodline and removed from the heel faction. During the weeks leading up to the assault, The Street Champion and his goons terrorized The Wiseman, so much so that Heyman begged CM Punk to take him away from the Samoan faction.
Fans expected the WWE Hall of Famer to return with Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, but there has been no sign of him whatsoever. During his absence, Reigns teamed up with Cody Rhodes, which in turn got The American Nightmare attacked by Kevin Owens at Bad Blood. Interestingly, if not for Reigns, The Wiseman can return with The Prizefighter!
So, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis fined and suspended KO for the attack, but Owens showed up on SmackDown regardless. With the chaos he is spreading, Aldis might consider doubling his fine and extending his suspension. However, the Hall of Famer can make a comeback to add Kevin Owens to the list of 'Paul Heyman guys.' The Wiseman can negotiate with Aldis, and work out a deal for The Prizefighter.
Top name doesn't want to enter the WWE Hall of Fame. More details HERE.
Heyman can pull some strings to get KO a championship match at Survivor Series and shock the WWE Universe by allying with Roman Reigns' former rival. In true Paul Heyman style, the Hall of Famer can reveal that The OTC abandoned him which got him assaulted, and now he is abandoning The OTC!
A potential update dropped about Paul Heyman's WWE return
Even though The Wiseman's return date isn't confirmed, rumors have it that he will make a comeback soon considering Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso are already back on WWE TV. Interestingly, WRKD Wrestling dropped a hint about the WWE Hall of Famer's return on social media.
A photograph of Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Paul Heyman was posted with the caption "soon." While this indicates a reunion, it might also hint at all three of them being in the ring at the same time but there can be a twist.
Apart from Heyman, the WWE Universe is expecting Jey Uso to join Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso as well.
