The Monster Among Men is the only WWE Superstar to have been featured in every WWE men's Survivor Series elimination match since the brand split. He has been in RAW's corner three times and on Team SmackDown once.

Braun Strowman has recently wrestled with top Superstars such as Roman Reigns and Keith Lee. But there seems to be another big plan brewing for the former Universal Champion going forward.

On a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that WWE is looking to build a gargantuan clash between Braun Strowman and Lars Sullivan somewhere down the line. He did note, however, there needs to be a reason for it:

"But there's got to be a destination. I mean, it's Strowman in a year but not yet."

Survivor Series is the ideal place to sow the seeds for their eventual clash. Lars Sullivan could find himself as part of Team SmackDown and give WWE fans a sample of what to expect by having a brief scuffle with Braun Strowman.

WWE can use this to build a feud in a year, according to plan. This will mark the start of a monstrous rivalry between the two giants, which WWE creative will undoubtedly capitalize on to produce scintillating promos and hype.
