#8 Universal Champion: Braun Strowman
Have no doubt about it, regardless of who faces Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at Summerslam, Braun Strowman will leave the event with the title in his grasp. The Monster Among Men arguably doesn't need the Money in the Bank briefcase but having it in his grasp makes him all the more dangerous. The ability to cash-in at any time only serves to heighten the possibility of Strowman winning the Universal Championship.

It is highly unlikely that WWE will let Lesnar walk out of Summerslam as champion and neither Reigns nor Lashley has the credibility to be champion right now. So, bet on Strowman to find his way to the top of the mountain and become Universal Champion. Once he does, there is no way he will lose the championship anytime soon, so expecting Strowman to get a sustained run as the top guy in the company, starting at Summerslam.
