#3 RAW Women's Champion: Bianca Belair

There isn't a better challenger for Becky Lynch to face at WrestleMania 38 than Bianca Belair. The Man's entire title reign has been building to this match and this moment.

The EST of WWE has to win the Women's Elimination Chamber Match and go on to dethrone Big Time Becks at The Show of Shows. Lynch and Belair could have an excellent match together, with their previous outings all impressing.

However, in a match where Bianca Belair finally ends the tyranny, the opportunity is there to create magic. She has improved as a performer since losing to Becky Lynch in 26 seconds, becoming a much bigger star in the process.

Belair is by far the bEST option to end Lynch's dominant run as RAW Women's Champion at WrestleMania 38.

#2 Universal Champion: Roman Reigns

There isn't a lot of doubt here, is there?

Roman Reigns will walk into battles with Goldberg and Brock Lesnar, with his Universal Championship on the line. If it was any other WWE Superstar, he would be guaranteed to lose his title in one of those matches. But that isn't the case with The Tribal Chief. He is not just any other WWE Superstar.

It would be a shock if Reigns does not walk out of WrestleMania 38 as Universal Champion. He might even win the WWE Title at the event if Lesnar wins the Men's Elimination Chamber Match.

However, that shouldn't be the case. So, with that being said, who will be the WWE Champion at the end of WrestleMania 38?
