The field of potential winners of the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble is currently wide open. If Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch re-emerge before the event, however, they'll jump straight to the top of the list of potential winners.

Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton now stand atop their respective divisions. That likely means the final four will be filled with perennial challengers and one or two stars yet to win the match.

Bayley, Liv Morgan, Jade Cargill, and Tiffany Stratton comprised the final four in last year's contest. Who will make it to the end this year? Here are predictions for the final four participants of the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble match.

#4. Charlotte Flair is always around at the end of Royal Rumble matches

Since Flair and Lynch haven't returned to WWE, one or both could make shock returns during the 2025 Royal Rumble. The Queen has been out of action for over a year due to a knee injury suffered in a match with Asuka.

She could be ready to go. Since she missed a year of action, including Wrestlemania 40, WWE will likely want her in a prominent spot come April. Every time she's been in a Rumble match, she's made the final three.

Flair entered four Rumbles and made it to the final three every time. She was one of the final two women in the match in three of her four appearances. The Queen didn't compete in 2018 or 2023 due to being the champ.

WWE gave her two big spots in 2021. Flair was a Women's Tag Champion with Asuka but lost her match and competed in the Rumble. Asuka didn't get the same opportunity.

#3. IYO SKY hasn't won yet

IYO SKY has seen her stock rise over the last two years. The former WWE Women’s Champion fell to Bayley at WrestleMania 40 last year. Since then, Damage CTRL underwent a face turn, making SKY and her allies fan favorites.

The crowd has been behind The Genius of the Sky in her recent matches. SKY vs. Ripley at WrestleMania 41 would be a great pairing, with The Eradicator having regained the Women's World Title last week.

They have a lot of history dating back to their time at NXT and have competed with and against each other in WarGames.

SKY may have already been a champion at The Showcase of the Immortals. Her work in 2024 should still net her a spot in the final four of the 2025 Royal Rumble.

#2. Roxanne Perez is called The Prodigy for a reason

Having Bianca Belair make the final four while still holding the WWE Tag Title would be overkill. WWE did have Flair enter the 2021 Royal Rumble with two big opportunities.

The EST should be eliminated by Jade Cargill or someone else to set up a potential program for WrestleMania 41. If Alexa Bliss comes back, she's more than deserving of a final four spot and potential win. Cargill would make sense again.

Raquel Rodriguez is a powerhouse like Nia Jax but doesn't have the pedigree of Jax or Belair. Since she just lost her title and has competed in the last two Royal Rumbles, Roxanne Perez should make it to the end.

She's a relatively new face who could use a final four spot to announce her as someone to watch out for in 2025. Perez is also smaller and scrappy and could use her diminutive size to stave off elimination.

#1. Becky Lynch has a surprising track record in the Royal Rumble

While Flair has been out of WWE due to injury, Becky Lynch has been out of action due to her contract expiring in June 2024. The Man appeared in promotional material for RAW on Netflix but didn't make a shock return during the show.

When she does return, she could almost certainly be inserted into the Royal Rumble contest. Unlike The Queen, Lynch has been eliminated at various points during the match, including halfway through in 2018 and in 2023.

Lynch entered 21st last year but wasn't one of the final six competitors. She won the 2019 Royal Rumble but was a champion in 2020 and 2022. The Man missed the 2021 match due to pregnancy. A final four spot should certainly be in the cards this year.
