#1 WWE Universal Champion - Big E
The return of Roman Reigns at WWE SummerSlam 2020 was arguably one of the biggest moments of last year. Just one week after that, at WWE Payback 2020, Reigns won the Universal Championship and has held on to the title from then until now.
Many expected him to drop the title to either Edge or Daniel Bryan in the main event of WrestleMania 37, but that didn't happen and The Tribal Chief retained his title. It is to be seen when and who does WWE chose to dethrone Reigns as the new Universal Champion. Paul Heyman has even gone on to claim that Roman Reigns will be heading into WrestleMania 38 still as the Universal Champion.
It is extremely tough to predict the WWE Superstar who could be the one to finally defeat Reigns. One possible candidate is former Intercontinental Champion Big E, who is long overdue a world title run. WWE has been giving hints of pushing him as a singles star. If they continue doing that, Big E could become the next Universal Champion.
This feud could also involve the other New Day members, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. If Jimmy Uso returns and joins hands with Roman Reigns, it would be a treat to watch a heel Bloodline go up against a face New Day, ultimately leading to a match between Big E and Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship.
