With Survivor Series: WarGames in the books, attention next turns to WWE Saturday Night's Main Event on December 14. The rebooted special won't be like another premium live event as it will simultaneously air on NBC and Peacock.

The show will mark the last big event before RAW's massive debut on Netflix on January 6, 2025. WWE will likely be saving some big matches and moments for that debut.

However, bookers must provide a well-balanced card with enticing matches to sell Saturday Night's Main Event as a must-see show. Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens will close the event.

The finals of the Women's United States title tournament will also take place on December 14. Here are predictions for the remaining card for WWE's Saturday Night's Main Event.

#4. A Women's Intercontinental Championship semi-final match

The Women's Intercontinental Championship Tournament will kick off on RAW immediately following Survivor Series: WarGames.

RAW General Manager Adam Pearce announced that Dakota Kai, Shayna Baszler, and Katana Chance would take part in the first Triple Threat qualifier.

Since the Women's United States Championship tournament will crown its Champion at Saturday Night's Main Event, it makes sense for the other tournament to be represented.

Saturday Night's Main Event may have five or six matches, and both major Champions won't be defending. It would also provide a nice spotlight for the newly created title.

#3. The Motor City Machine Guns can defend in a Triple Threat match

DIY and The Street Profits want the WWE Tag Team titles currently held by The Motor City Machine Guns. Both faced the new Champs and have had several title shots in 2024.

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin felt obligated to give The Street Profits a rematch since Tommaso Ciampa interfered during their match. Johnny Gargano tried to reason with them, but they declined.

Ciampa exploded at his partner, imploring him to change with the tides instead of holding back. Both teams feel entitled to a title shot, and that could happen at Saturday Night's Main Event.

#2. Shinsuke Nakamura could defend against LA Knight at Saturday Night's Main Event

One of the few surprises at Survivor Series was Shinsuke Nakamura capturing the United States title in his first match since April. After not appearing for many months, he returned with a new character and presentation.

Those changes led to his third US Championship win. Knight will not be happy that he fell victim to The King of Strong Style's mind games. He'll want a rematch that could take place at Saturday Night's Main Event.

If he has to win another bout before getting his shot, that can happen on one of the episodes of SmackDown before December 14.

#1. IYO SKY deserves her shot at Liv Morgan

With Gunther defending the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series, he will likely be left off the card. Nia Jax defeated Naomi a few weeks ago but could face anyone from WarGames.

WWE should finally book Liv Morgan vs. IYO SKY for the Women's World Championship. The latter won a #1 Contendership Battle Royal a few weeks ago and has been treading water for WarGames.

It's highly likely bookers will want to get that defense out of the way so they can book Morgan to defend the title against Rhea Ripley on the debut episode of RAW on Netflix. That would be a great match to pop the ratings. Ripley also pinned Morgan to win WarGames for her team.
