#1 Superstar that will make up the final four of the Men's Royal Rumble match - Daniel Bryan
Daniel Bryan was the first person to announce his involvement in this year's Royal Rumble match. He has long been a fan favorite and one of the most dedicated performers in all of pro wrestling. Bryan was a sentimental favorite in both 2014 and 2015 but was either not involved in the match or was eliminated half-way through those Royal Rumble contests.
This is the best chance that he has to win or at least last until the very end. He could end up in the "iron man" spot in the match. Last year's Royal Rumble did not have that spot due to it being basically split into two halves. The first half saw Brock Lesnar eliminate every competitor while the second part was more of the traditional over-the-top-rope affair.
Bryan has competed in matches for WWE titles at the last two Royal Rumbles so he hasn't been in one in a few years. When looking at the field of potential challengers for Roman Reigns at the Show of Shows, the two logical choices are Big E and Bryan. Kevin Owens had his shots and Nakamura might get a shot on the Road to WrestleMania. If there was ever a time for Bryan to win a Royal Rumble, it's this year.
