Predicting the participants in the 2018 Mae Young Classic

#20 Lei'D Tapa

We've seen her in NXT before.

One of the better known alternates from last Year's Mae Young Classic, Lei'D Tapa was an Impact mainstay and made an appearance in NXT last year, losing to Ember Moon. At 5'11," Lei'D would likely be one of the taller competitors in the tournament and could convincingly serve as its monster heel. Her fireman's carry stunner finisher is well-suited to that role as well.

Lei'D also has some MMA experience, so a meeting with Shafir or Duke might serve us something interesting and give them a familiar style to work with.
