#2 Deonna Purrazzo vs Xia Li

Deonna Purrazzo is already a part of the NXT roster.

Deonna Purrazzo defeated Priscilla Kelly via submission with the Fujiwara Armbar to move on to the second round. Xia Li defeated Karen Q via pinfall with a Corkscrew Roundhouse Kick. Xia Li already had an opportunity last year and got a win this year so she has nothing left to prove.

While she is WWE's first Chinese woman signee, she will probably not go any further in this tournament. Deonna Purrazzo will probably get the win as she is already a part of the NXT women's division so she needs a few wins.
