All Elite Wrestling's connection with the fans
In its short time as a company, All Elite Wrestling has managed to find a strong following in the world of professional wrestling. Multiple shows have sold out in under an hour, and every crowd that attends one of their events is full of energy and enthusiasm for what's to come.
When it comes to bringing out the emotion of the crowd, no match in the company's short yet epic history comes close to that of Cody vs Dustin Rhodes. The brothers battled each other in a gruesome twenty-plus minute brawl, ending with both men hugging in the middle of the ring. With Cody asking Dustin to join him in a tag team match at Fight For the Fallen, not as a partner or a friend, but as his brother, you could see hundreds of fans attempting to hold back tears.
It was a pretty emotional moment, one of many that have kept fans of the promotion chanting "AEW" wherever they go.
Killer Kross admires AEW's storytelling
While being interviewed by Chris Van Vliet, Killer Kross was asked what he thought about All Elite Wrestling. The Tollman felt that the company was bringing something special to the business, and said that their show in Vegas, Double or Nothing, was spectacular.
"I watched the AEW show live in Vegas and I'm not saying this because I think I'm supposed to say it, in all sincerity, I was really blown away by it because there was just a different energy to the show, in a good way."
Kross specifically pointed to the bloody battle between brothers as an important moment that left fans openly bawling.
"There was, like, people literally weeping in the audience; Cody vs Dustin. You can't, like, ,orchestrate that, that's not something you can pre-plan. Putting things together you can't be like 'And at this point the audience is going to cry.' That was amazing to actually be around."
When it came to possibly joining AEW, Kross believed that they had a lot going for them with an incredible roster, dedicated fanbase, and strong TV presence on TNT. However, he's not focused on tying himself down to another company at the moment.
