R-Truth truly believes he's a part of The Judgment Day. He even defeated JD McDonagh in a “Loser Leaves Judgment Day” match, but even that didn’t help him get invited into the faction. None of The Judgment Day members let the stipulation stick following the match.
Considering Truth hasn’t had great luck with the faction, there might be a way he is finally successful. It so happens that Rhea Ripley wanted Drew McIntyre to join The Judgment Day. However, The Scottish Warrior wasn’t interested, and the story ended there. Nevertheless, The Eradicator did not turn the situation sour by having him ambushed.
Keeping in mind that R-Truth and Drew McIntyre are friends, the WWE veteran could advise The Scottish Warrior to reconsider Rhea Ripley’s offer. On the other hand, Truth can let The Eradicator know that McIntyre will join The Judgment Day along with him.

The bump in the road is that Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre are not getting along. If Ripley really wanted McIntyre in the faction, she may have to ask Priest to leave or for The Archer of Infamy to be removed from the faction by the other members.
If Truth could bring McIntyre into The Judgment Day, The Eradicator may really be open to the idea of inviting the WWE veteran to the faction.
Rhea Ripley claimed R-Truth will not join The Judgment Day
Whether or not Truth finally becomes a part of Judgment Day is a story that is still unfolding. On the other hand, Rhea Ripley opened up about it on the WWE 2024 Preview Special.
"You know, I've had it up to here with Truth [R-Truth], I really have. He's not in The Judgment Day. It was cool to see Awesome Truth back together, don't get me wrong, I was a huge fan of them growing up, but they should stay together, and they should stay away from The Judgment Day because there's five of us and that's it. We're not looking at Truth right now and he's trying to wiggle his way in... To me, he thinks he's a part of it, but we have never signed off on that. We have not discussed this, we have not come to agreement that Truth is in The Judgment Day. So, so far he is not. Sorry everyone.”
