#3 The painful Nine

In the September 25th episode of Smackdown live, Orton randomly attacked Tye Dillinger during the latter's non-title match against the United States champion Shinsuke Nakamura. SmackDown Live general manager Paige made the match between Orton and Dillinger for the next week.

However, both of the superstars started brawling before the match, with Orton gaining the upper hand. Orton then inserted Tye's index finder inside the apron ring and snapped it (at least in kayfabe).
